Day 1 – Wednesday 16 March

0800 Meet outside Botanical Gardens on Clarkehouse Road

0815 Depart

1000 Arrive at Beningbrough Hall, York

1030 Activities inside and outside Beningbrough Hall

1500 Depart Beningbrough Hall

1645 Arrive Sneaton Castle, Whitby

1730 Supper

1900 Visiting Story Teller – Local myths and legends.

2100 Bedtime

Day 2 – Thursday 17 March

0800 Breakfast

0930 Visit Robin Hood’s Bay Old Coastguard Centre – Rock Pool Rummage, the Village Trail, Fossil Hunting and interactive exhibitions.

1600 Return to Sneaton Castle

1800 Supper and Games Night

2100 Bedtime

Day 3 – Friday 18 March

0800 Breakfast and packing

1000 Travel into Whitby and walk down the 199 steps into the town; carry out visitor surveys; walk along the pier, visiting several local shops.

1230 Picnic lunch

1330 Leave for Sheffield

1630 Arrive back at Botanical Gardens
